Registration for the 173 EAAE Seminar is now open

 

Participation fee and cancellation policy

Participants of an EAAE Seminar have to be member of the EAAE at the time of registration for the Seminar.

For those who are not yet member, the EAAE membership fee is 150 Euro for the triennial period 2019 – 2021 to be paid in advance of registration to the Seminar via the EAAE site http://www.eaae.org/.

Participants are asked to register until August 31, 2019 via the online registration platform that will be activated in February 2019, on the seminar’s website.

Early bird registration (until July 31, 2019	250 Euro	150 Euro
Late registration ( August 1 - August 31, 2019)	300 Euro	200 Euro

The fee includes participation to the sessions, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, coffee breaks and conference materials but excludes accommodation (although the organizers will make recommendations for hotels).
The fee for accompanying persons (includes 2 lunches and 2 dinners) is 100 Euro.

Cancellation policy: 
If cancellation is confirmed by August 31st, 2019, fees will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of 50 EUR. 
Only written cancellation by fax or e-mail, as mentioned above, will be accepted for refund purposes. 
Please note that after this date no refund will be given.
